Declaration of consent - Foto/Video

The participant in tournaments or other casino related events is aware that the declaration of consent is valid for all information collected during the course of the event, regardless of the duration of the event and even if the participant no longer actively participates in the event.

The participant accepts, that during and in connection with the event, recording of sound and images of the participant, including - but not limited to - photographs and moving images of the participant, may take place in the casino and tournament areas.

The participant hereby gives consent to Casino Munkebjerg to use all such recordings to their full extent and in any media as part of marketing, press releases, TV programs, casino website, facebook, instagram, newsletter and / or by any other means of communication with or without the mentioning of the name of the participant and without informing the participant. This agreement is valid as long as the participant has a registered poker profile.

Casino Munkebjerg can hand over the consent or grant it as a license. The consent can be revoked at any time but such a withdrawal of the consent will only have an effect for any future use.
