Declaration of consent - Tournament rules, prize winning list & tournament ranking list

The participant is aware of that during the event no material and/or objects with the purpose of advertising for products or services may be displayed, apart from the clothes worn by the participant, and that the wearing of logos, company name etc. for gambling related companies without a Danish gambling license is strictly forbidden.

Any violation of the above rules may result in disqualification with no refund of the tournament fee paid and expulsion from Casino Munkebjerg.

Furthermore the participant agrees to comply with the rules of the tournament, which are on our website, and the house rules of Casino Munkebjerg. This agreement is valid as long as the participant has a registered poker profile. The consent can be revoked at any time but such a withdrawal of the consent will only have an effect for any future use.

The participant agrees to, that Casino Munkebjerg can make/hand over prize winning-, ranking-, participant- & waiting list  public on/to various medias.
